Store Profile¶
The Store Profile is the first section shown after opening a location. It defines the identity, address, timezone, and standard operating hours for the store.
Access¶
Navigation path: Settings > Stores > Locations > select a store
Application path: /admin/stores/{storeId}/edit
Profile Fields¶

| Business Name | Store name displayed across Pixaro. |
| Store contact email. | |
| Address Line 1 / Address Line 2 | Store address. Admin users can use Google Places lookup. |
| State / City / Country / Zipcode | Store location details. |
| Phone Number | Store contact number. Must be 10 digits. |
| Owner First Name / Owner Last Name | Store owner or primary contact. |
| Legal Entity Name | Registered legal/business name. |
| Time Zone | Store timezone used for events, orders, reporting, and schedules. |
| Start Time / End Time | Default daily store hours. |
| Weekly Operating Hours | Day-by-day operating hours opened from the calendar icon. |
Weekly Operating Hours¶
Use the calendar icon beside End Time to open weekly hours.
Weekly hours allow each day to have its own start and end time. Save the weekly schedule before saving the store profile.
Save Behavior¶
When store profile changes are saved:
- Pixaro updates the store record.
- Store timings are saved with the location.
- For supported channels, schedule update workflows can use the saved timing data.
Best Practices¶
- Set timezone before processing live orders.
- Keep legal entity name and business name accurate.
- Review weekly hours any time a store changes operating schedule.
- Save profile changes before moving to configuration tabs.
