Stores

Stores is the setup area for locations, organizations, vendor file-delivery configuration, and location-level operational settings.

Use this section when onboarding a new location, updating store contact information, configuring POS access, mapping users, setting taxes and departments, linking cameras to registers, setting holiday hours, mapping vendors, or activating delivery-channel integrations.

Access

Navigation path: Settings > Stores

Application path: /admin/stores

Access depends on the signed-in user's role and permissions. Store owners can edit store configuration tabs except Integrations. Integrations are configured only by the Pixaro admin/support team.

Admin users can create and edit locations and organizations. Store-level users may have read-only access or limited access depending on role assignment.

Main Store Page

The Stores page contains three top-level tabs:

Tab Purpose
Locations Lists store locations. Open a location to edit its profile and configuration tabs.
Organizations Groups multiple stores under one organization and maps stores to that organization.
Vendors Configures vendor delivery targets such as Email, FTP, or SFTP for the selected store.

The search box changes by selected tab:

Admin users can create new Locations and Organizations from this page. Vendor configurations are created from the Vendors tab using New Configuration.

Location Configuration Tabs

After opening an existing location, Pixaro displays the store profile form and these configuration tabs:

Tab What It Controls
User Store users, roles, profile images, password reset, and user removal.
POS POS type and POS connection credentials.
Tax Store tax names and rates.
Department Store departments and the tax assigned to each department.
Registers Register IDs, register names, camera delay, and register-camera mapping.
Markup Channel-specific price markup for mapped delivery partners.
Holiday Hours Date-specific holiday schedules and store hour overrides.
Vendors Vendor mappings for the selected store.
Integrations Delivery-channel integrations, external store IDs, activation status, order mail settings, and order audit log access. This tab is managed by Pixaro admin/support only.

Common Workflow

  1. Open Settings > Stores.
  2. Use Locations to search for the required store.
  3. Click the store row.
  4. Review or update the store profile.
  5. Use the configuration tabs to complete operational setup.
  6. Save each tab after making changes.

Store owners can update store settings such as profile, users, POS, taxes, departments, registers, markup, holiday hours, and vendors. For Integrations, contact Pixaro admin/support to configure or update delivery-channel connections.

Important Notes

  • Store timezone affects order timestamps, surveillance event times, reporting, and schedule behavior.
  • Store operating hours and holiday hours can be pushed to connected delivery partners.
  • Partner integrations require a valid external store ID before activation and must be configured by Pixaro admin/support.
  • Register-camera mapping is used by Video Intelligence transaction review.
  • Vendor settings and store vendor mappings are separate workflows. Vendor settings define delivery targets, while store vendor mapping links vendors to a location.
