Customers Troubleshooting¶
| Issue | What to check |
|---|---|
| Store has plans but still appears Manual | Confirm the store has an ACTIVE saved payment method. Billing plans and payment methods are configured separately. |
| Payment method setup was cancelled | Start Add Bank Account or Add Card again from the store-level Billing tab. |
| Billing plan did not appear after connecting a channel | This is expected. Billing plan mappings are managed manually from Customers, not automatically from channel attachment. |
| Store owner or authorized store user cannot access Customers | This is expected. Customers is an admin-only page. |
