Deals

The Deals page is available at:

https://app.pixaro.ai/deals

Feature Overview

Deals are bundle promotions created for the selected store. Store owners and managers can use this page to create promotional bundles from convenience store catalog items, publish them to ordering channels, and activate or deactivate deals as needed.

Deals are store-specific. If the active store is changed from the top toolbar, the Deals page shows deals for the newly selected store.

Access and Navigation

Navigation path: Order Management > Deals

Required permissions: Deals access. Depending on the account setup, this may be granted through item/deal management permissions.

Important Item Rule

Deals are created using convenience store items from the store catalog.

When building a deal, Pixaro searches store items that are:

  • Active
  • Verified
  • Available in the selected store catalog

Store team members should confirm that required convenience store items are already created, active, and verified in Item Management before creating a deal.

Best Practices

  • Create or verify all convenience store items in Item Management before creating deals.
  • Use clear group names that explain what the customer should choose.
  • Keep each group focused, such as drinks, snacks, or sides.
  • Avoid adding the same item to multiple groups in the same deal.
  • Review dates before publishing so deals do not expire unexpectedly.
  • Use Sync Deals after creating or updating deals that should appear on ordering channels.
