Integrations

The Integrations tab configures delivery-channel connections for a store. It also includes store-level order email settings and access to the Orders Audit Log.

Store owners can review saved channel integrations and update the store's new order email settings. Delivery-channel integration setup is managed only by Pixaro admin/support.

Access

Navigation path: Settings > Stores > Locations > select a store > Integrations

Store owner access: View integrations, open integration details, update new order email settings, and open Orders Audit Log.

Pixaro admin/support access: Add, edit, activate, or inactivate delivery-channel integrations.

Store Settings

The Store Settings panel contains:

Setting Purpose
New Order Monitor Emails Comma- or semicolon-separated email addresses that should receive new order monitor emails.
Trigger new order mails Enables or disables new order emails for the store.
Save Mail Settings Saves the monitor email list and email trigger setting.
Orders Audit Log Opens the order audit log popup for this store.

Store owners can edit New Order Monitor Emails, turn Trigger new order mails on or off, and click Save Mail Settings.

Use Orders Audit Log when troubleshooting order webhooks, outgoing channel requests, status changes, or channel-specific order failures.

Integrate And Activate

Pixaro admin/support uses Integrate to save the integration details.

Pixaro admin/support uses Activate or Inactivate for supported partners after integration details are valid.

Activation behavior differs by channel:

Channel Behavior
Uber Eats Opens the Uber OAuth authorization window for activation.
Grubhub Can activate or inactivate from Pixaro and may update Grubhub schedules.
DoorDash Store onboarding can be triggered when integration details are saved.

View Or Edit

Use the eye icon to view a saved integration without changing it. Store owners can use this view-only mode to confirm channel, type, business name, contact details, external ID, and activation status.

Pixaro admin/support uses the edit icon to update integration details. The edit icon is not available to store owners. Save changes before activating or inactivating.

Best Practices

  • Enter the correct Partner Store Id before clicking Integrate.
  • Configure store weekly hours before activating channel integrations.
  • Store owners can keep new order monitor email settings current from this tab.
  • Store owners should request Pixaro admin/support help for integration setup, channel edits, activation, or inactivation.
  • Use QSR, Convenience, and Both carefully to avoid duplicate channel setup.
  • Keep order monitor emails current for the operations team.
  • Use Orders Audit Log when an order is missing, stuck, rejected, or returning unexpected channel responses.
