Holiday Hours

Holiday Hours manages date-specific schedule exceptions for a store. These entries are used when a store is closed all day or operating on special hours for a specific date.

Access

Navigation path: Settings > Stores > Locations > select a store > Holiday Hours

Add Holiday Hours

Holiday hour fields:

Field Purpose
Date Holiday or special-hours date.
Start Time Opening time for that date. Disabled for full-day holiday.
End Time Closing time for that date. Disabled for full-day holiday.
Full-Day Holiday Marks the whole day as holiday/special closed period.

To add holiday hours:

  1. Select a Date.
  2. Select Start Time and End Time, or choose Full-Day Holiday.
  3. Click the plus icon to stage the entry.
  4. Repeat for additional dates if needed.
  5. Click Submit.

Existing Holiday Hours

Existing entries are listed with Date, Start Time, End Time, and delete action.

Use the delete icon to remove an obsolete holiday-hour entry.

Channel Sync Behavior

When holiday hours are submitted, Pixaro stores the holiday-hour records and triggers supported partner schedule updates for configured channels.

Best Practices

  • Add holiday hours before the holiday date.
  • Use full-day holiday when the store is fully closed.
  • Delete old or incorrect entries instead of leaving conflicting schedule rules.
  • Verify connected delivery channels after changing holiday hours.
