Login

To access the Pixaro platform, navigate to:

https://app.pixaro.ai/

Account Access

If you require access to the platform, contact the support team:

support@pixaro.ai

The support team will create an account for the store employee, manager, or store owner and assign the required store permissions.

Login

  1. Open https://app.pixaro.ai/.
  2. Enter your registered email address.
  3. Enter your password.
  4. Optional: select Remember me to save your email and password on the current device.
  5. Click Login.

If the email or password is invalid, the login form displays validation errors for the email and password fields.

Forgot Password

If you cannot remember your password:

  1. Click Forgot password? on the login page.
  2. Enter your registered email address.
  3. Click Send Email.
  4. Follow the instructions sent to your email address.

Store Selection

After your credentials are accepted, Pixaro checks the stores assigned to your account.

  • If your account has access to one store, the application selects that store automatically.
  • If your account has access to multiple stores, the application displays Select Your Location.

To continue with multiple stores:

  1. Open the Location dropdown.
  2. Select the store you want to manage.
  3. Click Go To Home.

Store team members can only select stores assigned to their account. Available stores vary by role and access permissions.

Application Dashboard

After a store is selected, Pixaro opens the main application area. The visible menus depend on the team member's role and permissions.

The primary navigation sections are:

  • Order Management
  • Video Intelligence
  • Settings

All store-specific data shown in the application, including orders, reports, payouts, items, surveillance data, transaction data, and configuration settings, is based on the currently selected store.

Switching Stores

If you have access to multiple stores, you can switch stores after login.

  1. In the top toolbar, click the current store/location name.
  2. Search for or select another location.
  3. Click Submit.

After switching stores, Pixaro updates the active store session and redirects you to an available page based on your role and permissions.

Notes and Best Practices

  • Use Remember me only on trusted devices.
  • If your assigned store is missing from the location list, contact support or your administrator.
  • If you switch stores, review the current page filters because displayed data will now apply to the newly selected store.
  • Use Sign out from the account menu when you are finished, especially on a shared device.
