Locations¶
Locations are the individual store records managed in Pixaro. Each location contains business identity, address, contact details, timezone, operating hours, and the configuration tabs used by Orders, Item Management, Video Intelligence, integrations, reporting, and vendor workflows.
Access¶
Navigation path: Settings > Stores > Locations
Application path: /admin/stores?selectedTab=locations
Location List¶
The Locations tab shows stores in a paginated table.

| Location Name | Store display name. |
| Customer Id | Store unique ID used to identify the location. |
| Store contact email. | |
| Phone Number | Store phone number. |
| Owner Name | Store owner or primary contact. |
Click a store row to open the location detail page.
Search And Pagination¶
Use Search locations to find a store by matching store details.
Use pagination at the bottom of the table to move through the store list or change rows per page.
Create A Location¶
Admin users can click Create from the Locations tab.
The store profile form requires:

| Address Line 1 / Address Line 2 | Store address. Address fields support Google Places lookup for admin users. |
| State / City / Country / Zipcode | Store location details. |
| Phone Number | Store contact phone number. Must be 10 digits. |
| Owner First Name / Owner Last Name | Primary owner or contact. |
| Legal Entity Name | Registered business/legal name. |
| Time Zone | Timezone used for orders, schedules, event times, and reports. |
| Start Time / End Time | Default operating window. |
| Weekly Operating Hours | Day-by-day operating hours opened from the calendar icon beside End Time. |
Edit A Location¶
Open a location from the list, update the profile, then click Save.
When weekly operating hours are updated, Pixaro stores the day-by-day schedule. Connected channel services may use these hours when syncing schedules.
Best Practices¶
- Select the correct timezone before orders or reporting begin for the store.
- Keep owner and contact details current so operational alerts reach the right person.
- Configure weekly operating hours before activating delivery-channel integrations.
- Use the configuration tabs after creating a store to finish setup.
